RECEPTION
There is nothing better than a warm welcome and we want you to feel relaxed whilst on holiday.
You will find all the information that you need at reception and we are happy to help you anytime, to help you make this holiday even more special.
Please don’t forget to respect the 1 meter social distancing rule and to wear a mask in public places or when you can’t guarantee a correct distance with other people.
You will find sanitizing gel at the entrance of every area. We recommend using the sanitizing your hands every time that you can or need to, to protect your own health and that of others.
We recommend always taking the room keys with you during your stay, without leaving it at reception.
CLEANLINESS
Our cleaning standards have always been very high, both in our rooms and communal areas, how demonstrated by our numerous reviews.
This year we want to be even better and we will be even more careful to details: your room will be deeply cleaned with the correct products.
At every departure, the room will be sanitized following the given procedures. Don’t be afraid of using the air conditioning, as all filters have been appropriately sanitized. This procedure is also carried out at every departure.
If you wish the room not to be cleaned during your stay, please hang the appropriate sign on your door handle. We will provide you with a clean set of towels if you need them.
If you wish to receive more information regarding the cleanliness, please ask directly reception.
BREAKFAST
Are you afraid that our Wonderbreakfast won’t be as special as usually? Don’t worry, the buffet will be there with the same quality, quantity and... finally SELF-SERVICE once again.
We only kindly ask you to wear mask and gloves when serving yourself at the buffet.
We know that breakfast is essential to kick start the day and we want it to remain great, despite the restrictions.
BAR
Your favorite lounge bar won’t change too much, you can relax there and enjoy your drink whenever you like. Just don’t forget to respect the 1 meter social distancing rule.
Don’t forget that from 5 PM it’s aperitif time! We won’t be able to put the buffet out anymore, but we won’t let you sip your favorite drink without snacks!
This year you don’t even have to get up from your table, we will bring them directly to you. Just relax!
SPORT
You can practice any activity in the open air such as mountain-biking, trekking, climbing and also water sports, such as sailing, windsurfing and kiting.
All cycle paths in the Alto Garda area are open so all you need to do is get out there! Don’t forget that if you practice sport with other people, you must keep a minimum distance of 2 meters from each other.
So it’s now time to go and enjoy yourself on Lake Garda.
