• Cancellation policy:

An earnest payment equal to 50% of the reservation's total amount is required to be paid at the time of booking. The down payment amount will not be refunded to the customer in case of cancellation.

Additional Conditions
It is possible to change the arrival and/or departure dates once, up to 11 days before the original check-in date. Changes will no longer be possible from 10 days before the arrival date. If the new stay dates are not known, a voucher can be requested within the given time frame, to be used by the end of the current season. The booked value will not be refunded. If the value of the voucher exceeds the value of the new booking, no refund will be issued. If the value of the voucher is lower than the value of the new booking, the difference will naturally need to be paid.
